- MPMelanie P3 days ago1.0Along with all negative prior comments - this Chipotle needs some serious customer service help by corporation and is the most POORLY managed Chipotle I've ever been to. Never, ever order catering from here either (we've now had 2 catering problems with the most recent being a disaster and absolutely zero apology). We ordered catering in mid-december for our company for 30 people. Not only was it was 35 minutes late, they forgot over 5 large containers of food and we had to drive back (you also can't contact the store via phone) - when showing the staff what we forgot that was written down on their pick slip the (assumingly) store manager took the paper out of our hands and threw away our piece of paper infront of us and walked away - the unprofessionalism is astounding. They refused to give names when asked and were incredibly rude as we waited an additional 30 minutes (after driving 15 minutes each way twice). The member who threw our paper away hid in the back the entire time we were there waiting. Really pathetic and quite embarrassing. Our lunch was 1.5 hours late and we will never order from Chipotle again. This establishment needs some SERIOUS customer service training, the manager or whoever threw our paper away infront of us that showed our missing items that we wrote on needs to be fired (and should never work in customer service), and this Chipotle should never be allowed to offer catering. If you're looking for better options in the cascade station area at places we eat and cater at regularly: Red Robin, Famous Dave's BBQ, and Panda are MUCH better choices than here and have way better customer service.
