I usually place pickup orders and have learned to come 10-15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, but even then, my food is often not ready. Today, there were six employees on shift, yet orders were still backed up even though it wasn’t peak hours. How does that happen? On top of that, pickup orders are wildly inconsistent. Some days the portions are reasonable, but other days you practically have to beg for a normal amount food.
