  Quality is below most of sandwich chains. Service was not below poor. Ordered extra meat and had to pull sandwich apart to find a tiny amount hidden under lettuce. I asked staff if it had extra meat. She got a bad attitude and told me that's with extra meat very angrily and walked away to the back.

  I have the old school combo, the cheese is low quality, I ask for ranch, well they want to charge me for that, I don’t field is right after Charge good money for the sandwich, paid for ranch, well that is the why restaurants broke, for details like that,!!!

  The lady who rang us up was not helpful or friendly and refused to do jalapeños on half like really how hard is it I was trying to share with a toddler thanks! The portions were not right compared to other charley’s and we ordered a Large fry we 1000% were given a regular size!
