Even with being at the convention center and line ups down the street they somehow always have your online order ready right then and there or have it ready in about 5 minutes. - RDRodney DrakeOct 28, 20251.0We ordered a 6 piece fish meal for dine in. When it was brought to table ther were no tarter sauce packs in it. I went to counter requesting the 2 packs. I was handed two that were stacked on eachother. The lower one had been resting on the shelf where food is passed through and heat lamps keep food warm. I immediately felt that the lower pack was warm. The upper pack was room temperature. When I opened warm pack it was curdled. We did not use it. After eating I went to tbe counter and told them tbey should store tbeir tarter sauce differently. 1 employee stated that "it probably got warm in tje box". It never was in the box as I had to go ask for it. Another employee stated that "it isn't hot up here" as tbey put their hand on shelf. Most of tarter sauces are in their boxes on the shelf but some are setting directly on the stainless steel shelf which has heat lamps below it. The cardboard boxes most likely keep the packs from getting hot but the few packs that inadvertently get set directly on stainless shelf get warm enough to curdle. Be aware of the next time you peel open your tarter sauce. Before you dunk check if sauce is curdled.
