The store refused to work with me or the dasher, saying that they “already handed out my order” appeared that someone else with my same name on the app placed an order as well. Our orders were very different and even had different order times. The store refused to do anything to help, refused to work with me on phone call or my dasher in person. Very displeased with the store, with the employee who answered the phone. I put in a complaint on the store with door dash, but it’s a shame the behavior and tone of the employee for not working with us to solve this problem.

Also, when I finally received my order, it was in a regular fries bag for the regular size. I mentioned it, and they brought me the rosemary fries in the regular bag for the seasonal fries. The fries were cold and didn’t have much of the rosemary salt. However, the person who helped me was polite; I’m not sure if they were the shift lead.
