They gave disgusted and unwanted looks, refused to serve us any ice cream. A second staff member there took our entire order. I believe this person should be fired for making me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer service skills at all.

She let me sample a couple options before I selected the flavor that I liked best. Myah went above and beyond to offer an excellent customer experience and I really appreciated her kindness! I asked her for her ice cream and she said no she was leaving, I questioned the hours and she started swearing at me and was extremely volatile. Check your cameras Ben and Jerry”s this girl need to be fired!! Other people wanted in for ice cream and she refused service to everyone. Shame on you!

Workers there are all really respectful and really give it their all to satisfy the customers . The handprints on the wall are all past workers which i found was awesome , and the prices i found were understandable . Its downtown and right by the square? Of course the prices will be high just like everything else downtown, don't complain to the worker's about it , its not their fault . The ice cream is delicious, the worker's are great and the place is welcoming. Also chocolate sauce & whip cream is free , small water's are free and sprinkles are free for children. If you sign up for there chunkmail you get free ice cream on your birthday, and they gladly accept groupon . And if you ask for a bogo coupon they will give one to you " if they still have any available " - Regular Ben & Jerry's customers for 5+ years .
