  Excellent service and such a welcoming atmosphere! The staff were super friendly, and the shop was spotless. Definitely a great place to grab a bagel!

  I consider myself a reasonable person and have no issue with employees enjoying themselves at work. In fact, it is important that employees get along, as it often improves the customer experience. However, the last time I was in I found it unprofessional that staff did not pause a personal conversation to acknowledge my presence in any way. There was no greeting, smile, or indication that I was seen. As a regular customer, I already knew what I wanted and could have been helped quickly, but it appeared more important for the employees to continue socializing. I frequently visit Einstein Bros. locations and understand that waits can be longer during busy periods, which I am always patient with. In this instance, the wait was longer than usual, the cashier appeared disengaged, and my order was incorrect and not warm. Overall, it was a disappointing experience given how often I choose this brand. Fast forward to today, there’s 6 employees working and none of them acknowledge the customers as they walk in. Everyone looks miserable. I finally get acknowledged by the same employee (man with a long brown ponytail) who tells me they moved the line where you order to the place you pay so I was now at the back of the line after people who came in after me. This location actually is terrible. I almost asked for a corporate number because I am so upset but decided to just walk out and will not be retuning. Time to do an overhaul and reevaluate your staffing choices.

  Went into the Tualatin location this morning at exactly 11:00am and purchased a half a dozen bagels. The woman ringing me up seemed a bit annoyed. I asked for a blended espresso and she snapped not available. I was confused because one of her coworkers behind her was cleaning the espresso machine and blender.. I asked if I could get a different beverage or what was happening Cameron snapped back that “it’s broken. We need a new one”.

  Do not buy through any food delivery service!! The staff doesn’t prioritize the food and every time I try, my driver is waiting over 20 mins just to be handed some poorly microwaved food. It’s not worth the time and money. I tried going in person and the staff is lost and disorganized. How hard is it? Safe to say I give up and won’t be returning.

  I walked in there around noon, and I don't know "what" was working behind the counter but it sure wasn't human. So I walked back out.
