- JJJsol1 day ago2.0Came here as my usual favorite spot for coffee,there was a young lady who took overly 10 minutes chit chatting to some customer in a truck infront of me. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes for one drink to be handed to the customer.. aside from that she didn’t take his order until the end of the 10 minutes.. disappointed wasn’t in a hurry but shouldn’t have took en that long , happened 4/11/26 at 9 pm

I used to find people in Portland very snobbish especially women that had pretty faces. But they have some beautiful women working there and they're just as down-to-earth and friendly like they realize a pretty face doesn't make a pretty heart. The one manager there she is like probably the nicest person I've ever met in my life.

They also take a long time chatting with people they know. The person in the other lane got their drink before me when I was there before they even got there. How does this make any sense? Please do better, some of us actually have a place to be after we grab coffee....

Today I ran into an issue and realized I needed to contact the store directly and learned that unfortunately they don’t have contact information and you’re forced to route to a customer service center. The call center doesn’t have store information, how’s that customer service? That’s not local, I mean Starbucks has local phone numbers. Frustrating to say the least!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
