When I called and asked the manager if there was a possible way they could just put a pizza in a car and drive it the 2.6 miles to my house, no one could give me an answer beyond "you're outside the area of delivery," before rudely ending the call. I get that no one can drive a pizza such a long way, that it's physically impossible lol. I just was hoping for a more considerate understanding of why that sounds ridiculous. It's almost like the humans involved in the process have no say. I didn't deserve to have someone be rude to me for asking a question. Even if they start delivering to my area, I'm not about to give them business after that.
