  Poor costumer service, horrible food this time. Manger needs to step in and make sure product and costumer service is representing them well. Food arrived over 30 min later than estimated time. Cold and burnt. Called and was told it was delivered 20 minutes before it actually was. Just gross. Busy or not. Don’t lie and make it right. Show some integrity.

  It was ok. Acceptable price. Sanitation was iffy. Dirty hand broom on counter with food bins. The workers were nice. Pizza served fast.

  Car broke down and unexpected extended stay so we've hit up Domino's several times. Ordered a large NY Style pizza with 6 toppings w/a Habanero sauce cup for the crusts. Once we walked back to our room we noticed no Habanero sauce was added and that they didn't put all the topics on the pizza. They left out the Philly-Steak! We called, thinking give them a chance to make it up on our next order or something but the manager stated there was nothing wrong with the pizza, lol! That he made it. We took a picture of the pizza lacking all toppings we ordered, told him, but he still refused to make it right. We didn't want to write a bad review without giving them a chance to make it up on our next visit, as we expect we'll be here several more days. We're contacting corporate about it, when clowns are in charge of a location the entire brand suffers; it'd be one thing if it was a seventeen year old, blazed out of their mind or something on the phone avoiding responsibility, zero accountability, but when a forty year old "manager" does it, it's a special level of pathetic! He stated, "if you come back I'll give you a sauce-cup." Life we would walk back in the downpour to get that! What about the missing topping Mr. Manager? We told him we took a picture of the pizza, next to the order listing all six toppings, he did nothing! Well, he told us that our eyes are not to be believed. An absolute clown and it's easy to understand why this location, in the armpit of Portland, OR. (image that) has such poor reviews. A 2.0 on Yelp and only 3.5 here? It's pizza. I mean, seriously. You put the toppings on (well, at places with manager's that know how to tie their own shoelaces), put it in the oven and then put it in a box.

  This is how you get treated when you give money in hand and they will throw you change money back to you and they will throw your pizza outside right by the door in the call the cops on you. Same manager end to answer the phone to receive a complaint on her own self.
