  Grabbed a couple of cold ones with a friend and it's a great place to do so. This place has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful wood carved arches and decor. The seating can be somewhat tight but it would still be comfortable for 3 people. We were serviced quickly and checked up on frequently by our attentive waitress!

  Very disappointed with a brewery that makes no effort to meet it's customers. Ordering beer and food is done by QR code. No staff interaction. I do not like having to do the servers work! The real insult is the 20% default tip DB puts on your bill as a default ...for no service. OK they delivered the food. I was insulted by this business practice. I'll never go back!

  I wasn't impressed by the pacific rock fish and chips. I want a light beer battered crispy white fish when i order fish and chips. The rock fish was thin and dense when panko crusted and there was nothing light or crispy about it. It also had a heavier fish taste too. Stay traditional, don't go hipster on fish and chips

  Came here for the beer and food and was not disappointed. Tried the smoked wings with barbecue sauce and they were phenomenal. What I like about these Portland wings is that they have the full Wing, not just the the leg or the the arm part. These particular ones were smoked which I've seen at other places here in Portland which is a wonderful flavor profile. they have a very fresh Dill sauce instead of ranch, but it's really good. Fully recommend it they offered in the size of three which is excellent b/c you don't get too full and can still snack.

  Darn good food and drink; the service wasn't as bad as one star, but there is no service! I've enjoyed lunch here for several years. They have pushed, and now insist, on Qr code ordering system. Bring it up on the phone, work through the very non-intuitive menu drop downs, only slightly more intuitive pay menu, and your food arrives in a reasonable time. Server sets it down; total interaction with staff maybe 10 seconds. And the system defaults to 22% tip. To whom? For what? Somebody trying to kill a nice brewpub? Trying pretty hard!
