Tonight I visited this Dairy Queen and somehow ended up starring in a live-action game of “Telephone” at the drive-thru window. I explained my order to one employee… then another… then a third… At one point I thought I might also need to brief the shift manager, the janitor, and possibly a passing customer just to make sure everyone was aligned.
After successfully completing this team-building exercise, I finally received my Blizzards… except they weren’t actually Blizzards. They were just cups of soft serve with toppings dumped on top like someone lost interest halfway through. No mixing. No flipping upside down. No dignity. Just ice cream wearing a hat.
I’ve seen more blending effort in a middle school smoothie project.
This location has officially hit rock bottom… and instead of stopping, they grabbed a shovel and started digging.
The only reason I’ll probably be back is because the location is convenient — and honestly, it’s wildly entertaining. Every visit feels like spinning a wheel of chaos. Will they mix the Blizzard? Will I explain my order to the entire staff? Will I receive something that technically qualifies as dessert? Who knows. But one thing is certain: you never know how the experience will go.

Went through drive-thru ordered a meal with fries and a drink got home was eating and found a long hair wrapped around my french fry. I know this can happen sometimes but it's absolutely gross and I called and complained and he said I'm sorry which is normally what you would say but didn't ask if I wanted my money back or anything. And normally have good experiences here but not today. If someone could get back to me and maybe give me a free meal that would be pretty awesome.

Food was not gas, popcorn shrimp was burnt, they took like 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Not a flex unless you don’t mind waiting. But for burnt popcorn shrimp? Please. Pepsi didn’t work. Asked everybody around me (also waiting) and they all told me they weren’t coming back. Everyone was in sweatpants cooking the food who runs this place? 😭

Horrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME , don’t count on your blizzard being turned up side down because they don’t do it unless it’s just a single blizzard after your first blizzard the second one doesn’t have to be upside down “according to GM” teenagers always running around cussing wearing regular cloths while working while their is a line to the street of customers the people who work there are rude and disrespectful and then comes the manager to back them up and be rude as well

Idk what any of these reviews are on about because this is probably the best DQ I’ve ever been to lol. Food has always come out so hot and fresh and the last time I got ice cream here they legit overloaded it with m&ms + Reese’s… amazing. Not to mention every interaction I’ve had with their employees have been nothing but positive and nice.
