  Chipotle is the worst. 3 chicken tacos with 9 pieces of chicken. So 3 tiny pieces per taco? Mmkay. Wrong tortillas as well. The customer service is non existent. Never again chipotle. Never again.

  Only Chipotle I've even been in that was a disgusting breeding ground for food sickness. Cooking area and serving counter and floors were food remnants all over the place. On this evening, operated by few young guys who don't give a damn about cleanliness.

  Terrible customer service. We ordered two burritos and one bowl through the app but meant to order two bowls. When we realized the mistake, we immediately went back into the restaurant with the receipt and the burritos still sealed in the bag, completely unopened. We politely asked if there was any way they could remake the order. Instead of trying to help at all, the staff repeatedly told us that it was “what we ordered” and refused to do anything about it. There was zero effort to provide any kind of solution. On top of that, one of the burritos was made ridiculously small—about half the size of what I normally get at other Chipotle locations. If it had at least been a normal size, we probably would have just accepted the mistake and moved on. When we mentioned this, the employee said it was small because of the ingredients inside. That explanation didn’t make sense, and it certainly didn’t match the portions we usually receive. What made the experience worse was the attitude. The manager (who I assume was the person we were speaking with) seemed annoyed the entire time and didn’t even offer a simple apology. The staff was dismissive and clearly had no interest in helping. Very disappointing experience and easily the worst service I’ve had at a Chipotle. I won’t be returning to this location.

  The gentleman who made me a quesarito tonight went above and beyond and is the absolute man. I didn't catch his name but he was very polite and went the extra mile to accommodate my order and I'm very happy with his customer service

  AMAZING! Most Chipotle stores are hesitant to give anything extra. Ask for extra rice when you’re not getting any beans or meat and you might get a half of a spoon. Not here. I actually got enough food to fill me up and have a little left over. The person preparing it was beyond amazing and everything was nice and fresh!
