- TWtodd ward4 days ago1.0This happens all the time at this location (all of them really) pick up food get back to work and the food is cold looks gross all thrown is the container. Try to resolve with Pepper, tossed the food, no time to go back. Pepper thanks me after asking for my money back or a credit. The concept is amazing but the delivery is fa from acceptable and you won’t give me my money back. I’m done with this place and sharing my experience with anybody that will listen.

Server took a good dip at the steak, then tapped it in the steel container until there was a level serving spoon of 6-8 little bits of beef. I asked if that was all he was going to put in the burrito. He paused, took another large scoop of beef, then he turned the spoon sideways and all the meat fell off. Then he waved the empty spoon over the burrito. I said: thanks, but I'll pass. Then I walked out. As consumers, we should be willing to walk away from a purchase that does not seem equitable.
