  Quick service, staff is always nice. They don’t rush you through the line like other locations - generous portions in the afternoon too! I even lost my debt card here once and they had it waiting for me when I returned!

  Location was closed yesterday until 4pm which was odd. I was still able to walk inside to employees telling me they’re not serving food until 4. I go inside today and they’re out of chicken, even out of chicken at the other area where they make pick up orders. Would rather drive further for food than come back to this Chipotle. Based on recent reviews, this location needs a revamp of customer service and cleanliness which I can agree with.

  This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. They were out of black beans. The employee actively tried to sell my wife on 1 taco rather than 3. She was the only out front until after 5 minutes others joined her out front. All the tables were a disaster with food on them. They had no napkins or utensils out. All their lemonade and Fresca drinks were empty. Overall just a horrendous experience.

  The food here is consistently good, which is why I’ve made this my go-to dinner spot for one week every month while staying nearby. Most of the staff is friendly and professional. However, there is a recurring issue with one specific employee (curly purple hair/eyebrow piercing). Every interaction with her is uncomfortable; she is consistently rude, speaks inaudibly, and openly rolls her eyes if asked to repeat herself. I’m not looking for over-the-top service, just a basic level of professional respect. I’d love to keep coming here, but the atmosphere she creates makes me consider going elsewhere.

  I usually get good service, I order on the app and my food is done by the time it says it will be or even a couple minutes before. Today I walked in to an empty establishment only to see that the two tacos that were being prepared for me were sitting on the counter in the open air. Every single employee was hosing around or on their phone. No conscious effort to actually do any work. I sat there, and I watched them. Not only did I see them prepare my food, but they made my order completely wrong. I ordered chicken and they put steak. As I watch them, wrap it up and put it in the bag, I saw the employee that was making my food wipe his nose with his arm. Look at the girl he was talking to and her phone and then Place my order on the shelf. I grabbed it, and I went to my car and drove to work because I was already running late. My order was supposed to be ready by 1:40 PM and it was already 1:47 PM. I got to work and I opened up my order on top of it being completely cold. I looked at it and saw that it was steak and not chicken. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as I was watching them, but with all the movement and housing around, it was hard to tell if what they were doing was making my order or someone else’s. I’m extremely disappointed because I frequent this restaurant a lot. This is one of the few times that I was hard up for cash, and I couldn’t leave a tip, which I usually do. I’m going through some hard times and I honestly feel like they saw that I didn’t leave a tip so they chose to do this on purpose. I could see the malice in every one of their faces and I sat down and they just stared at me. I’m 42 years old I’m a grown man. I can tell these things. It’s ridiculous to think I would have to now worry about eating there again. All I want is to be compensated my money and the correct meal maybe even more. I’ve been eating at chipotle for years. I shouldn’t be treated like this let alone have to worry about my orders being tampered with or ending up like that.
