  So I went and picked up my order. Fortunately it was ready sitting on the shelf. However, it felt very light. When I got home. I was very disappointed when I took the lid off and saw how skimpy the portion was. I have never seen a Chipotle order that I've gotten before having this little amount of food in the container. Usually the container is over the top overflowing. So pretty disappointed today about quantity. I wanted to post a picture but they don't allow that on here.

  I don't know what these people have against cheese, but literally half the time I order burritos here, they just.... Ignore the cheese? I'm so done. It's Muchas Gracias from here on out. Screw these clowns.

  When I walked into this location, there were people dining but nobody ordering anything. So I was able to walk right up to the ordering area. The girl who was going to be making my food noticed I entered the establishment and proceeded to also head to the ordering area, and put a fresh pair of gloves on. I was patiently waiting for her to do what she needed to get prepared. She the. Lazily said "you ready". I said yes I will take a burrito. She seemed like she did not want to be there, let alone making food. Every time she asked about different ingredients, it was very lazy and unenthused. All of this I can understand, we all have our days. I don't expect people to be artificially enthusiastic, I just want good food. After completing the order, she was wrapping the burrito, and apparently I should have monitored this part of the process. I drive to work with my food and I get to work with maybe 15 minutes before I start, so I open the wrapper to eat in my car. The burrito wrapper was hard to peel off the slimy, sauce covered burrito. There was so much sour cream and salsa and queso oozing out of the burrito that it was impossible to even attempt to eat it. So I brought it into my work to put it on a plate and essentially carve into it with a plastic fork and knife to try to dissect the ingredients out of it to eat. I had to use an absurd amount of napkins to get through this. I would not have eaten if I had enough time to go back and let them re-make it. I tried calling the location to see if there is any sort of management there who I can let them know, but the only thing you can do if you call is order food via the AI robot. I tried using the online system to leave feedback but it was overly complicated to just leave feedback. So it's much simpler to leave it here.
