  I’ve been to this location a few times, and unfortunately it’s been disappointing each time. The staff often come across as rude or just completely overwhelmed — no greeting, very short responses, and an overall tense atmosphere. I understand they might be overworked, but as a customer it still doesn’t feel like a good experience. I also ordered online on a different visit, and that didn’t go well either. My order was wrong, items were missing, and the food didn’t taste fresh. It felt rushed and carelessly put together. I tried to get help for the missing items, but that was probably the most frustrating part. The support system is basically just an AI giving canned responses, and it’s almost impossible to reach a real person to actually fix the issue. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been consistently disappointing.

  I stood waiting for a bit (no one was in line ahead of me, or behind me at the time) before anyone acknowledged me/asked me what I wanted to order. They never want to give me enough cheese to even cover the top of my bowl...and I only get 2 toppings! Ugh.
