  I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me! I ordered a chicken sandwich and a small fry, when it came to my table it was cold as ice I asked the manager if I could have him redo my sandwich and french fries and he refused, he treated me with so much disrespect and dismissed me in front of several people, i felt so humiliated for something that was not my fault, i will never eat at that burgerville location again! 8218 NE Glisan St Portland Oregon

  Last time after doing the drive thru they forgot to give us our fries. Tonight, they forgot the tartar sauces for the $16.09 - fish & chips & no napkins were included. With tip I paid $36 and basics were forgotten again.

  The worst burgerville in town. Only go here if you wanna have telepathic conversations with the other people in the parking lot about how you both should have picked somewhere else to eat. Wettest burger in town.

  I stopped in during their 65th anniversary celebration, which had the place decorated like a birthday party. Food (3/5): Cheeseburger – Smaller than I expected, but more flavorful than a typical fast food burger like McDonald’s. Small Fries – Thicker cut than McDonald’s fries and a bit heartier. Drink – Not rated. Service: Friendly and fast. No issues there. Ambiance: It’s still a fast food restaurant, but the anniversary decorations made it feel like a little birthday party inside. Note: I have a meeting later around dinner time, but I’m pretty sure my wife and kids will want to stop by. It actually looks like a fun place for kids during the celebration.

  Worst experience I had at burgerville. Not only was the people at the drive thru did not respond to me at the speaker but after they did they screwed up my drink. The consistency of the milkshake was diluted and whatever soft drink droplets on the lid of my shake tells me that they added soda to it.. Awful experience.
