  Rosemary fries were COLD.... and fresh strawberry shake was like a vanilla shake! When staff handed me the shake I stated it looked like vanilla & I wanted strawberry.... response was that's how they look.

  If Burgerville has no fans, I’m dead. No comparison to other drive-thru burger places. Never had a bad experience at Burgerville.

  I want to formally recognize the drive-thru operator working the 9:15 AM shift on Wednesday, 3/18. In an industry that often feels like automated noise, this individual provided a high-resolution, masterclass-level experience. While others in the background may have been confused by my highly specific, high-protein order (7 creams, specific bacon/egg/cheese configurations), this operator didn't skip a beat. He was ultra-pleasant, incredibly gracious, and displayed a level of professional intuition that is rare to find. He proactively suggested items I hadn't considered, ensured the coffee was perfectly mixed before it hit my hand, and verified every utensil was in the bag to ensure a zero-friction experience for my passenger. He didn't just 'take an order'; he managed the interaction with genuine care and precision. To Management: Please check the logs for the 09:15 AM window. This individual is a Tier-1 asset to your team. He understands the value of quality service and made a complex morning transit significantly better. Give this man the credit (and the raise/promotion) he deserves. He is the reason I will be returning to this specific location.

  Every single time I go to a burgerville I'm left hungry and feeling like I was just robbed. Last time I ordered a coke, hash browns and breakfast sandwich it was $14 and the bag was so light I thought they forgot the sandwich. You couldn't see anything but bun on that pitiful thing. They should be embarrassed.
