I've been a customer here for years. I've bought food at burgerville almost my entire life. I walked in here today and asked for the bathroom code and the response was purchased necessary. Sometimes I like to use the bathroom before purchasing things. That's the last time I'm visiting this location. Terrible terrible customer service policy.
Bro I usually like going to this place but they took a bite out of my got damn burger tonight and they got me all the way messed up I go here all the time and I can't believe they would do me trifling like this look me in my face and hand this to me

Rude service. “Atticus” supposedly the night manager gave my family and I cold food and when confronted on it said there was “nothing he can do”. Not asking for a refund but some type of customer service instead of brushing us off would’ve been acceptable.

I went to Burgerville. I ordered the plant-based burger. The burger was raw, but however, the woman that’s a little older that works. The window was very polite. She had great customer service and when I pulled up, I told her that she has great customer service and that I was having a bad day just hearing her voice was very pleasant so I didn’t return my raw burger after I took a bite when I got to my destination because I didn’t want to ruin the moment of how great her Customer Service was but whoever cooked that is out of line.
I’m a frequent customer at this Burgerville location (Convention Center) and usually come at least once a month, but this experience did not sit right with me.
While ordering in the drive-through, I asked a simple question about the chicken slider—specifically about the size, since the person I was ordering for wanted two. The response I received was, “That’s the definition of a slider,” in a tone that felt dismissive and condescending.
When I got to the window and tried to address it, the employee told me I was “reaching” and initially denied the interaction. I later found out the person I spoke to was actually the manager. After insisting, I was eventually able to speak with him, and he offered $2.88 off my order—but that did not address the issue.
What bothered me most is how the situation was handled overall. The tone and response came across as disrespectful, and it felt like I was being talked down to for asking a simple question. Not everyone may be familiar with menu terminology, and no customer should be made to feel belittled for asking for clarification.
As someone who comes here regularly, this experience felt off and honestly concerning. It’s important that staff—especially management—communicate with customers in a respectful and inclusive way.
