  We got a strawberry milkshake here, and it was amazing, friendly staff, and fast drive through. Overall great experience!

  The staff at this location are amazing. We had a fairly large order and they were still really nice about it. And they got the whole thing right! The dairy free and gluten free options are fantastic for fast food. Even the JoJo's are gluten free, so there's no concern of cross contamination in the fryer. The *only* downside is their gluten free buns are quite obviously from Udi's - which means they tend to be dense and dry and crumble at the slightest pressure. They're definitely not worth the $2 upcharge, honestly it's better to just go bunless.

  To employee Adia (spelling?) - customer service is not an easy job but she does it with grace, best service i have experienced in quite some time. Sweet group of ladies working. The music selection they were playing was good too, its nice to hear something different from the mainstream. It was clean inside the premises, including the restroom. My order was not quite right, but they were quick to correct it no problem. Thank you. To all the negative reviewers, its a local fast food joint, maybe if you took the time to sit down and check out the atmosphere you might not be so pessimistic. ✌🏻

  Grabbed on our way home from Orlando ,FL. Wow!! Definitely beats all the burgers around SeaWorld, and Universal Studios!! Prices by far too!! Incredibly delicious and great team taking care of us on this anniversary❤️💯 Thanks again!!

  This has been our family goto BV location for years and frankly, it's a disappointment to the Burgerville brand. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to hire, properly train, and retain good employees, but every time our family orders from this location, either one item is missing, one item is wrong, or the service is pretty lack luster. I was overjoyed for a number of months because they had hired one stellar employee that greeted everyone promptly, remembered the regulars, and made it a point to make sure your order was on point. Sadly, she was bright and departed for greener pastures. Tonight's missteps, no salt on the fries at all, someone went out of their way to add unwanted cheese to the hamburger we ordered for our lactose intolerate child (I checked our receipt and we did most definitely order him a hamburger), and the seasonal burger of the month I tried was a sloppy mess even though I had to wait for them to finish making it. Total order for a family of 4 with tip was $44 and change. I keep tipping hoping maybe someone will appreciate it and care just a little, but honestly I'm not sure why I even bother. Prices aren't cheap, quality is poor, accuracy is never great, and service is always meh. I've been to some great Burgerville locations around the Northwest, but the Parkrose location on 122nd inevitably always leaves you with something to be disappointed in whenever you visit. Corporate...please please please...intervine, act like you care, and do something to fix this location.
