Fast and delicious? Absolutely. But what truly sets us apart is the pride we take in our Pacific Northwest roots—since 1961. More than 75% of our menu is sourced within 400 miles, because supporting local farms and businesses matters. Every bite helps strengthen our community and economy. After all, local just tastes better!
Was really excited to try the new sweet onion burger… so stopped on my way home and ordered. somehow had to order twice at the drive thru… should have been my first hint. Got home took a bite cause I was starving, and thot wow that’s missing something. Turns out not only did I not get any sweet onions but I didn’t even get anything close. Tried to call the location to see if they’d remake it if I came back but the phone just rang until a message says no one can take your call, so yeah that’s kinda unfortunate…being that I’m exhausted and hungry I at the regular burger begrudgingly. Pics provided are what I ordered vs what I got. This location used to be great, wish it was still. So I over paid for a burger with cheese and onions and got none.
That said, it was puzzling how some folks should be replaced by AI.

Portion sizes are very, very small for the price.

At least 10 teenagers working but they could not perform in a timely manner. I was one of the only people here. It took them 20+ minutes (look at receipts in the photos with time stamps) to get me my food from the front counter. I had initially gone through the drive thru and they asked me to park. When I finally got the food I requested a refund. The employees in the back were laughing about eating and enjoying my food as they refunded me. They gave me some cheap coupons for things id never order. Nobody wants a soggy burger. Please do better. I come here to eat fresh not old. Enjoy my soggy food.
Edit; they did NOT refund my $7 tip. I should have paid better attention. Beware

Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and a 2 large frys watched as the entire lobby left and noticed i was still waiting for my food what I presume to be the manager came out apologizing and even gave out food vouchers i was thankful for the heads up and the vouchers but when I did get my burger and frys I got home frys where super hot and delicious the soda was perfect I went to bite into my burger and it was bright pink raw in the middle.i dont see myself going back their again I want to stress tho this man was so nice and dealing with alot but still made the time to come and talk to me about what was going on with my order without me even going up to the counter. But yea burger was raw after a 50 minute wait was not edible for a place that charges more then the average the least they can do is make sure the food they serve is not ganna make people sick from undercooked meats
