  Stopped by on Tuesday around 6pm after work. Nobody greeted us when we walked in. There was a family waiting for a table and another off to the side. After about 5 minutes, a server asked if we were over 21 and wanted to sit in the bar. We accepted. Took another 10 minutes to get menus and drinks. Took about 25 minutes to get the food. Food was average but very happy the company I work for paid for the meal. Then took about 10 minutes to get the check. Another 10 minutes to get the check back so we could leave. All in all, 1 and a half hours to get seated, eat and leave. Less than impressed. Finally left around 7:30pm.

  We had the sweetest server Tammy which was only reason I’m leaving more than one star. She was clearly giving it her all to provide the best possible experience, and we really appreciated her positive attitude despite what seemed like the restaurant as a whole working against her. Don’t be fooled by the appetizing photos of the food on the menu! The bread on the burgers was freezing cold (like barely shy of a frozen brick cold). Then when we asked about it, they took it back to the kitchen and it was almost 40 minutes before those of is unfortunate enough to mention the bread waited, and waited… and waited. The chicken dippers were rock hard as if they had microwaved the ever living snot out of them before dipping in sauce and slapped on our trays. As far as quality goes, I would rather have had the gas station hot food from around the corner to be honest. At least I would expect to get what I paid for. The staff aside from our waitress seemed absolutely miserable and hardly even going through the motions of showing up. I rarely write reviews but the whole visit was so not worth the money that I had to speak up. We tried so hard to patiently get the attention of anyone who worked there including the guy in the grey collared shirt who appeared to be a manager. We just got accidental eye contact as they all pretended not to see us nearly standing from the table and waving. The guy with the gorgeous long hair… I appreciate the silky flowy hair but I appreciate it even more out of my food. I even bet he could be capable of a pleasant smile, if only for a second, but our family will certainly never know. What a disappointment!

  Amayra was sooo kind and friendly. She handled my order with care and she was patient with me. Amazing customer service. I recommend this restaurant for late night fun and eats. Its clean and the other staff members were welcoming and attentive to all guests.

  Service was at the table asking what we wanted to drink before my date sat down. Not the worse part of our time here. Our order arrived within minutes. I ordered boneless wings. They were frozen nuggets with a canned sauce poured on top. I did not finish them. I ate my celery but I don’t enjoy carrots that have a white layer on them, they were old. My date ordered the Ultimate Nachos. I asked him if he ordered off the kids menu. I have NEVER seen such a small order of chips, a little cheese and a few slices of jalapeño’s on top. We both picked up the menu, questioning the name “Ultimate?” Maybe the cook forgot how to make nachos. I had to laugh at that plate with very little on it. I ordered a happy hour Long Island ice tea. It was sweet, tasted like a lot of simple syrup in it. I didn’t finish it. You would think that was the worse part of our experience. I was a bit shocked when I paid my bill. It was $30.49 I paid with $40.00 I watched the server standing in the well talking to another employee. What seemed like way to long she arrived with my change. WOW! She shorted me by $1.51 Sh watched m count the change. She immediately came to the table and put $1.00 down, she said oh here sorry. I said “yes I noticed that you shorted me $1.50” she said “I guess I can get your 50cents”. That was so wrong. I understand if someone accidentally miss counts your change. This server knew what she had done. I only left her 4.00 on the table and told her to add the 50 cents to her tip. After I left I thought “why did I even tip?” I wonder how many people she short changes and that don’t notice. This is stealing and should be addressed! Needless to say WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS Buffalo wild wings, Portland Airport restaurant..
