- EGEden GaroutteMar 27, 20261.0Went and wanted two single scoops, one of them was a birthday scoop, that I was going to share with my son, and one of them was a scoop separate that had coffee in it that I couldn't give my son. When I had told her I wanted a scoop of one and a scoop of the other, she automatically assumed that I wanted a double scoop. Originally I wanted to do a creature bowl, cuz they had a cardboard cutout advertisement saying that you could get a crown with it, so then find out that they don't have any crowns, so I recommended taking down the sign, she didn't like that and was very upset by it and had raised her voice in me, and didn't understand why I was frustrated. Then I asked to do a waffle, to then she replied they didn't have any waffles, it's lunch time, they don't have crowns, they don't have waffles, so I felt pressured to do account, I'm autistic, I'm not good as saying no to people, I was there, I had gone through the whole process of finding what ice cream I wanted my son to try, and she was upset and I was upset, I asked to talk to her supervisor, frustrated with me, so I kept getting even more frustrated, it was just in all around about experience. So then I asked to talk to her manager and again she got argumentative with me and didn't want me to talk to her manager until the last second. I ended up paying for the cone, which was $10, to then just return the cone because I didn't want it, I wanted something I could share with my son. So she got free 10 dollars out of it, and then I went over to McDonald's got a Happy meal and an m&m mini mcflurry, for less than $9. It was a waste of time, it was a waste of energy, and it was a waste of money.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
