    I should have known better. French Dip Royale looked good but it's never as good as it looks. Lame and gross. The au jus was kinda good. So that's a plus.

    Whoever was working at 12 PM on Monday April 6th was wildly rude and disrespectful. Accusing me of being disrespectful as I waited in my car patiently for him to take my order. Instead of asking for my order he says “we can hear everything you’re saying”. Wonderful news. His tone of voice of deplorable letting me know he has to do two jobs at the moment. Sorry, you’re doing neither when you can say “welcome to Arby’s thanks for your patience I’ll be right with you.” I’ve worked in food for years and this isn’t acceptable. Whoever this young man is please just let him to know to drop the attitude.

    My family came here for our Easter dinner. Odd choice I know, but had coupons we got on the back of our Safeway receipt. New cashier couldn't figure out how to apply the discount and asked another team member. They didnt know either and got the manager. He had to do the math on his phone and apply a manual $ discount. Everyone was super helpful and not upset or frustrated by an unfamiliar discount and watched how the manager did it so they can learn. They got our name and the wait wasn't long for 4 beef and cheddar meals. The fries and sanwiches were piping hot and displayed beautifully on trays. The store was impeccably clean and inviting environment. Soda station was stocked and clean. Sodas had great carbonation. Overall WOW experience from start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with our dine in visit. Thank you Arby's for following brand standards with friendly service and delicious food. Gold stars for this location. My family appreciates you. Only suggestions are to add codes to your coupons to make it easier for the associates to enter. I came inside but most guests would use drive thru and would have a hard time applying a manual discount and maintain drive thru speed of service. Also, I was looking for deals on the app and saw that mobile ordering was not available at this location. Not sure if it was turned off manually or they were having a glitch. Neither the order online or redeem in restaraunt button were working for offers. Just want to make sure they aren't loosing valuable sales or dissatisfing guest who were planning to use those offers and were unable to. Wish I had taken a photo of my tray to see how perfect they displayed our meals for this review.

    I ordered through Uber Eats. I waited for an hour because it kept saying the hadn't prepared it yet and eventually canceled on me. Don't accept an order if you can't fulfill it. Absolutely shameful! I will never or from them again.

    Waited over half an hour in the drive thru (again). Got home and had the wrong food (again). It was so bad I spit it out. I think they knew they were giving me the wrong food because they said "French dip?" And I said "yes", and then they looked at each other like they knew they screwed up, but handed me the bag and slammed the window closed. This place is consistently horrible.
