    There was just a couple of cars in the drive-through I was the only person inside. I went up to the kiosk ordered my food. I stood and waited for my food instead of sitting down because the place was filthy, and the floors were sticky. After waiting some time I went up to the counter to check and see how my order was going and noticed that my food was just sitting up at the counter, you would think that somebody would let you know when your food was ready. I’ve never been somewhere where they didn’t. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Used the drive thru for ordering. Ordered chips and dip- got the dip only. Ordered taco salad mini. No utensils to eat it with. No napkins. And clearly no staff training.

    The food is great when our order is correct. We frequent this Taco Bell, it is convenient and close to our residence. 9 out of 10 times our order is incorrect. We are vegetarian and have received our food with meat in it. Ask for it grilled and arrive home to un grilled burritos. Ask for no cheese, and find cheese. Hopefully these are growing pains due to a new location.

    Literally took 18 minutes to get my 1 crunch wrap. I'd like to think that they must of be crazy busy, but there was only me and one other guy inside the restaurant......I had to say something to the clerk, then after a couple more minutes I was asked what I had ordered.. clearly the lost my order. Not a great first impression

    Went through the drive through for dinner at this Phoneix location after a long day for me, got home with my order only to find out all of my taco shells were rancid, the smell was very strong and so was the taste. I called Taco Bell and explained the situation and they told me to go back to get my food replaced, which I did, I pull up and they gave me a fresh new order of the same food I had order in the first place, before I went home I smell the food just to make sure and the whole order was rancid, the smell was very strong so I went through drive again and told them about it, they were not very polite and I asked for my money back to which the guy who took my order said he would need to speak to his manager, I pull up to the window and they were very rude and made it so hard on me. They told me that the food smell good and that they didn't know what I was talking about, I asked if they knew what rancid meant or smelled like they said yes but continued to be in denial, I asked for my money back but were very hesitant to reimburse me. After going back and forth finally they agreed to reimburse back into my debit card, I asked for a number to call to make a complaint and both workers rudely said you can look it up online. Went home and when I check my bank account to see if my reimbursement was there, it was, but only a certain percentage of what I had paid in the beginning, I called them back and asked why only a certain percentage and they said "because you kept the sodas" I said I can take the sodas back and they said no and that they would not refund me the whole thing. I went the very next day and spoke to a manager only to get told that since it was another day they couldn't do anything about it. They lost one customer because I will be returning ever again.
