Two visits ago we tried to get our punch card punched and were told they now use an app. Well we asked if we could get credit on our punhes and we were told they stopped doing that at some point , no credit. We recently were on our way back from a vacation trip and were looking for a coffee stand and found one in or near Phoenix , Oregon. My gfs daughter wanted to go dutch bros as hesitant as i was but we went. We drove up and an employee walks up to take our order . I ordered a 20 oz. mocha breve thats where the problem started. Apparently they dont know what that is. We went back and forth almost five minutes. The employee described what I ordered as a hot chocolate milk with coffee but never heard of a mocha breve and then explained to me what a mocha and breve meant. I was very close to driving away but made it through the order got our drinks and left. Well I don't have to worry about next time because there won't be a next time. Apparently the ony coffee business that dosnt know what a mocha breve is.

I got to the windows and they repeated my order once again, but without the salted Carmel float. When I corrected the order, she stated that since the sale was already finalized she would need to charge me .30 cents more. I told her that the order was confirmed correctly to the original attendant, and she made no apology,just repeated that it was 30 cents more for the salted Carmel float. I paid the extra amount with change in my car because I needed to get to work, but was not happy that they not only insisted on charging for their error, but made no attempt at an apology. Then, I didn't even get a Carmel float, they put the runny syrup on top instead of the Carmel drizzle. Never going back to this location.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
