  My sister and I ordered 4 Philly Sub Specials yesterday. Charles was loading the station as we walked up. He acknowledged us upon approach. He did a great job. Our food was good. The lettuce could've been fresher. The one thing I'd like to point out: is that alarm sounding bell that goes off alot. It is like a sound assault. Maybe lower the volume for the comfort of the employees & customers.

  They only allow “in store pick-up” when you order on the app. If I’m ordering from the app, a lot of times it’s because I’m in sweats and don’t want to go inside.

  We reached at 8:15 & the guy at the counter was extremely rude & racist..did not even look us in the eye & kept slamming the counter..we felt scared & disrespected & had to leave without getting any food.

  So we ordered food, the extremely rude lady totally input our order wrong, the food didn't look very appetizing or fresh, and they over charged us. When we tried to make it right the rude lady was over talking the manager and was asked several times to stop, go in back room, and let manager handle it. She continued to argue and call us wrong. The manager wanted to refund 56.00 to our card and re ring up the 46.00 order. This making funds not available due to waiting period. We couldn't do that so we were forced to decline her offer. When we told them not to worry about it and that a review goes along ways. That's when the manager grabbed her wallet, asked what we wanted, I said the 7-10.00 that we were over charged. She handed me a 20 and asked for a good review. Please be weary and if you eat here make sure your food is fresh and the lady is nice?
