  I travel all around the country. I eat McDonald’s all the time and have no digestion issues until I get to the Northwest specifically Oregon and Washington. Started to believe there is something wrong with the food here.

  This McDonald’s was EXTREMELY dissatisfying and disrespectful the employees do not know how to speak English and are EXTREMELY rude and lazy, I asked them if they could put creamer in my coffee and one of them rudely responded to me saying “that’s not my job” I would never go here in a million years! This McDonald’s needs to hire new people and train them to be competent at their jobs.

  I stopped at this McDonald’s on Thanksgiving Eve. The cashier who handed me my order was friendly and even wished me a Happy Thanksgiving, which I appreciated. My issue was with the managers. After realizing one hamburger was missing, I went back calmly. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the manager ignored me until I said “excuse me” three times, then told another employee to deal with me. McDonald’s doesn’t keep cashiers at the register anymore; managers step in when it’s busy, and that’s when the service turned rude. One manager insisted they had called my name three times, even though I clearly heard it when my order was first handed to me. Rather than apologizing, they blamed me, acted annoyed, and another manager told me to “be patient” because it was a busy holiday. The irony is I’m a truck driver also working on Thanksgiving, yet I don’t get to complain to customers about it. She was the most confrontational of the two. When I asked for names to report the incident, they refused, threatened to call security, and even joked about what truck I was in. No name tags, no accountability; just hostility and condescension. The regular staff were kind, but the managers made this the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. My only complaint about the food was the fact that I had to walk from the back corner of the truck lot twice and my french fries were cold by the time I got back to my truck! Like damn; I was excited at first; because I knew those french fries were hot. Luckily, I at least ate a couple before. I walked back to let them know they forgot my hamburger 🍔 I’m never gonna go back to this McDonald’s! Even if I was starving, I’d much rather eat a sandwich and a doughnut from the truck stop itself!
