  I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s Pizza location. I specifically requested an uncut pizza due to a meat allergy and concerns about cross-contamination. Despite clearly mentioning this, the pizza was delivered cut. When I called the store to request a replacement, the manager told me there is no such policy and that sometimes pizzas are cut even if customers request them uncut. What was most upsetting was the dismissive and unconcerned attitude of the store manager during the call. Food allergies are serious, and when customers make special requests for health reasons, they should be treated with understanding and professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both allergy awareness and customer service.

  They delivered a veggie pizza instead of the meatza that I ordered. Was told that they would attach a free replacement pizza for next time and called them today and they said they didnt write it down and I dont get the replacement they said I would get. They messed up, they said they take care of it, they didnt, and it falls back to me being my fault! Absolutely ridiculous.

  Slowest place to order food .. no matter delivery or carry out. and they don’t wear gloves or wash their hands after touching anything.

  This happens way too often... Edit: after they screwed my order up for the 100th time the driver had the audacity to question whether or not to give me my replacement because I didn't have the original sandwich. (I gave it to someone else) What do you need the original for? To throw it away?
