- XXXanaFeb 14, 20261.0I genuinely don’t understand how this Dairy Queen is still operating. The way it’s run is completely unacceptable. Every single time I’ve gone here, the food has been cold and clearly not fresh. You expect hot, made-to-order food when you’re paying for it — not something that tastes like it’s been sitting out for who knows how long. It’s beyond disappointing at this point. Cold fries, lukewarm burgers, and food that feels old is not okay. There’s no consistency, no quality control, and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares. Fast food should at least be hot and fresh — that’s the bare minimum. Management seriously needs to step in and fix what’s going on here, because the way this place is being run is driving customers away. Until something changes, I won’t be coming back.

And the service is terrible… Used to be way better and has majorly gone downhill in the last year or 2, disappointing… wish I could give a 0 as the review rating.

- MRMilo RiveraFeb 1, 20265.0I tend to come to this DQ a lot at night,The food was good, the restaurant still the same as always but the new guy it look like they recently hired in the service area in the drive thru is amazing like honestly compared to my other experience the service is great but recently I’ve having a blast going and ordering because of him, he’s funny and relax like he isn’t pressuring me out of the drive thru or just going along with day but shows everyone the same respect he probably shows his friends but overall he’s literally the best customer service work I enjoyed seeing when I go.(only reason I’m living this review is best of him)
