This was one of my best experiences at a chipotle, I decided to stop here with my son while passing through since the name is familiar to us. This location is so nice inside and so different from others I’ve seen! Everyone is so nice/helpful and the food was so fresh in comparison to some of our past experiences. We will definitely make sure to stop in again when we pass through, thank you!!

I want to start by saying a few things. 1. This location JUST opened, and every time I’ve gone, usually around 11:30/12 for lunch, it has been absolutely slammed with people. Despite that, the team has been killing it. The front-of-house crew is basically running a full track meet trying to get orders out quickly, and the grill team is doing everything they can to keep up with the demand. And I truly appreciate them for that. 2. If the only time you show up on Google Reviews is when you’re unhappy, you’re probably just a miserable person looking for something to complain about in the first place. 3. If you went to Chipotle thinking it was “cheap,” get your money up, broke boy. This isn’t Taco Bell, go get your crunch wrap. With all that said, a few negative reviews from people already looking for something to be wrong does not determine the overall quality of a restaurant. Maybe check the rest of the reviews first, before deciding whether or not to come to here. This place hasn’t even been open a month, and every time I’ve been here the food has been fresh, the quality has been great, and the staff has been nothing but friendly. Any small issue I’ve ever had has been fixed immediately, no questions asked. I was in last Thursday night with my family, and it was clear the team was going through it. I overheard a manager mention how many people had called out, and while it wasn’t my business, it explained a lot. Even with an obvious shortage of staff, everyone there was working as hard as they possibly could to make sure guests were taken care of and orders were right. The girl with reddish hair? serving food was super friendly and helpful, the guy at the register with all the tattoos was literally sprinting back and forth grabbing chips and DoorDash orders, and the girl on grill was knocking out chicken, steak, and rice nonstop. This is clearly not a prep issue, as another review claimed, but a situation where they simply don’t have enough hands or enough food in general to feed a nonstop rush of people all day long, which is to be expected with a new shiny restaurant in our tiny town of Pendleton. So with that said, I want to THANK the team at this Chipotle for all of their hard work. Don’t let a few negative reviewers get you down. Keep doing what you’re doing, your loyal customers see you and appreciate you!

Not worth the money. I ordered 2 tacos, 1 burrito, 1 bowl and 3 medium drinks for a total of $55. Each taco had 4 tiny slivers of meat, the burrito had 6 tiny slivers of meat and the bowl had 4 tiny slivers of meat. It was unbelievable. Then employee put these tiny pieces of meat on the tortilla then looked at me and asked if I wanted rice?? I honestly thought she was joking. I asked if she was gonna put the rest of the meat in the burrito? She said she put a full serving a said your joking right, nope she was serious. There’s more meat in a Taco Bell burrito than there is at Chipotle. The rice was cold and crunchy. Crunchy rice one of the easiest foods to prepare and it was crunchy. Don’t waste your money at chipotle it’s a big rip off!!!!’

Out of Pico and sour cream at 8 pm unnacepptle for such a new restaurant to help out of prep.. staff didnt want to refill the sauce station when i asked for sour cream. Staff was standing around but said were shorthanded.. ive ran kitchens for 20 years sour cream is in a tub in the fridge no reason to be out of such a simple product to prep...pico should be prepped at all times during open hours at a Mexican restaurant.. this staff just completely embarrassed themselves and were simply being lazy in completing there prep..
