  The blonde lady working the drive through with rainbow nails seemed like she forgot she works in customer service. She was very impatient and very rude. She made it seem like I’m the one who messed up my order and made it a hassle to assist me when I tried to tell her my items were wrong. Terrible service.

  Everything about this place was terrible I have worked food service for years and the lady working wasn't even just having a bad day you can tell that's her regular attitude she was trying to rush the order when I was placing it she completed the order three time when I wasn't even done ordering and I was already kinda pissed when she kept cutting me off my girlfriend was like she's probably having a bad daydo I try to be nice then we pull up to the window and I'm like if she's having a bad day let me try to make it better and I complimented her nails bc they were nicely done completely ignored that then I tryna and ask for a drink carrier when again working in food service I know if there's more than two drinks you offer a drink Carrier she ignores that yet again finally our food gets there and I ask for a drink carrier again and she rolled her eyes before handing me one I know if I was her manager that interaction alone would be enough to consider termination of employment

  Went through the drive thru with 3 biggie bags, when I got them everything was right minus two burgers one had tom and it wasn’t supposed too and one had lettuce and wasn’t supposed too, I went in and asked for them to be remade and they did but when the manager handed me the burgers she goes “here you go but she said she definitely made them right.” And tosses me the bag, I assume they burgers are right and get home only for them BOTB to be wrong again, me and the manager read the receipt together and she even brought it back into the kitchen with her too, shame on her for being rude and wrong TWICE. Can’t be old and rude pick a struggle honestly..
