But I guess back to Clackamas it is because this is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever seen. I've given it multiple attempts, and there's always something wrong. Once (I kid you not), they couldn't make me a sandwich because "we sold all the bread online." I was there in person. The mysterious bread buyer was not. I was told I would have to wait for them to bake new bread (about an hour). I asked if I could buy the day old bread. They said I could just have it. I said, "Great, I'd like a sandwich." They refused to make the sandwich, for...? what? The fear of a bad review? I refused to come back here for months after that stupidity. Tonight I broke down and gave them another try. Well. Fool me twice, shame on me. My sandwiches were somehow terrible. I don't even know how it's possible to mess up Jimmy John's since the ingredients are so fresh, but here we are. They didn't scoop enough bread out, they didn't cut the bread wide enough so the ingredients didn't lay flat, too little lettuce, too much mustard.... is this a first world problem? YES. is the cost of food also too expensive in this economy for a $9 sandwich to not be correct from a place that prides themselves on being great? ALSO YES. Go to... literally any other Jimmy John's. They are all better.
