I went through the drive through and ordered three different drinks all small, and im pretty sure the one taking your order is supposed to clarify those drinks with you before you pay, it’s a rule for almost all cafes to make sure the person doesn’t pay for anything they don’t want. When he rang me up, he never said the total and had the card reader facing away I couldn’t see. I don’t know how much I might have payed extra for a medium drink probably $7-$8 dollars more and when I went through the drive through, the girl assisting me was nice never got her name and just looked like she didn’t know was going on. She handed me my drinks and clarified if I got a extra medium drink and I said no, she got her manager and her manager said something like “save it to the ipad, I’ll do a refund later” so the girl that was assisting me rephrased what she said and along with the manager they guaranteed I’d get my refund. Never asked me if I needed a receipt and so I drove out no receipt. It’s been 3 days where the refund should’ve came back. This dutch bros is nice but I’d recommend retraining all of the workers to follow policy.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
