  Legit the worst experience I’ve ever felt even in a fast food restaurant, you walk in and it smells like a bathroom in the lobby I could barely stand in there…I get my food and my bag has meat juice hand prints all over it and it came with no napkins, couldn’t even eat one of my tacos the meat in it was so wet and tasted terrible love Taco Bell but this location is an absolute DO NOT EAT HERE it feels like there is no cleanliness at all

  This Taco Bell was GROSS when we came up to the window to pay- employees throwing food all over to “make” tacos! Our crunchy tacos had a speck of meat in it- and almost all lettuce on one, and no lettuce on another, but all cheese?! Then we ordered three sides of chips and cheese, but only received two. The two that we did receive didn’t even have enough cheese in the cup to get any out! I know it’s just Taco Bell, but come on. This was pretty bad.

  I ordered a Mexican Pizza from here and Im fairly certain they made it last night. It was cold and the shells were soggy. I asked for lettuce and guacamole as well, the lettuce was completely wilted and the guac was separated. Neither of those are on the pizza normally so someone decided to look at the nasty crap they had at the bottom of the bowl and put it on there. Also, I called and tried to talk to someone 4 times and no one has answered. Last time I came, the pizza tasted like chemicals and the churro bites tasted like salt. I am so utterly disappointed in this taco bell, it used to be good but its gone so downhill and it's doubly disappointing that there is only one taco bell in my vicinity. New staff is entirely necessary at this point.

  I'm not sure if this is a real taco bell, or if I'm on the set of punked every single time I come here. The wait times are outrageous. I've now been sitting waiting for a doordash order of a gordita and a taco for over literally 45 minutes. This is an ongoing issue. I've never made it out of here in less than 30 minutes. They even have the lobby closed and still can't manage to get the orders out without something missing, something incorrect or something extra added. I think maybe more training is in order for this entire establishment.

  As of 1-28-2026, the lobby has been closed for at least 2 months now, with no announcement ANYWHERE as to why or when it'll be opened. The line is ALWAYS 10+ cars when you arrive, and it's SLOW, and you're going to spend no less than 20-30 minutes in the line. The last two orders we've made have had missing items, and since the lobby is closed and I don't want to wait another half an hour to get it, I have to just eat the cost. The workers looks stressed and overworked, management is a joke at this location. get it together
