    Food seems to be consistently wrong and late. Today was the final straw for me. Ordered online during my lunch break, just to have my delivery driver sit at the restaurant for half an hour over two cheeseburgers and a fry. Ended up having to cancel and didn't get to eat this evening because of it. Rather angry

    Start off with a 30 minute wait to get the food (to go) and they forgot the happy meal, and top it off with a McCrispy sandwich made with a rubber piece of chicken and cold fries.

    Very weird entry kind of hard to understand how to get into their go through line. People at the drive through were friendly.I walked inside to get a cup of coffee.Thinking it would be faster?And I waited for ten minutes, and there was no one else in there

    Can’t I had an online order I couldn’t pick up so I sent someone with my pickup order code and they got told the phone that made the order has to be present????

    Still sitting in the online order pickup spot 20 minutes later. 25 minutes after ordering, and 20 minutes after notification of "food will arrive in 2-5 minutes" it finally comes. The ice in the drinks is all melted, no drink carrier, and the person who brought it was extremely rude. Drinks were watered down. Fries were cold. My food was sitting on the counter while I sat in the pickup spot waiting. Terrible service.
