    My friend and I each ordered a classic beef and cheddar combo he read it back to us and we received roast beef classic combos. No cheese and no red ranch. Instead of fixing the issue by remaking the order they gave us cups of cheese sauce to dip our sandwiches in. I work fast food. Used to work at Arby's. This is not how business is typically handled.
