  It took half an hour from ordering a single combo to when I actually got it. By the time I got it the food was cold. Did they just leave it made but decide to not give it to me. This is far beyond slow.

  The food does not match the price, and the employees had no energy. There were employees in the back that were eating food in the back and the size is half the size from usual places. 100% will not be coming back.

  Went in today with my mom. The lady at the front was very rude to us. My mom had made a comment that she wish she had gotten a large ice cream cone, after seeing the medium. It was innocent, she didnt place fault on anyone but herself. But the lady immediately went to weigh it and rubbed it in her face that it was the correct amount. My mom wasn't disputing her judgement, she was simply saying she had wished she had ordered the larger size. That set the tone for the rest of the visit. The lady then walked away and left me standing, waiting to order. Im standing there and she finally comes up to me. I order and she kept saying " is that it?" is that it?" She was obviously irritated. It showed by her being short and refusing to answer my questions. She couldnt even muster a little courtesy, as a person who works in customer service....It just isn't a good look in this line of business. Later, when walked up to get my food. I asked for condiments and she charged me .49 cents for each one. Im sure this isn't policy, she was just mad as hell at my mom. Who, again wasnt being rude at all to this lady. So, I was just shocked at her behavior. On top of all this, the food was horrible. My cheese curds were extremely salty. I felt like they were extra extra salted. I could literally see all the salt on them. My hamburger wasnt cooked. It was a mess. I chalked this up to her anger towards us as well. I have never had this type of service or poor quality of food from here before. But, I wont be returning.

  Terrible service! Super rude will probably never come back to this location! 👎not to mention one of the ladies wouldn't stop yelling bc they called out an order and an old lady you clearly couldn't get around very good wasn't there immediately to take it from her😡
