  If we could give this place a 0 we would, the dude at the microphone was completely rude. We pulled up to the speaker he said at first “ it will be just a minute” okay cool no problem 3 minutes pass after looking at the menu we go to speak an get met with a tone “I told you to wait, we have a big order ahead of you!” No just “one more minute please” nothing just straight rudeness. No name was given at the window an we left without ordering. There was no apologies or anything, definitely a horrible experience.

  I went to pick up dinner before my daughter's Christmas concert. My mistake, I ordered a little more than what I had in my account. Asked the man to remove an item and he insisted that my order would be refunded and then he would recharge. He charged my card 3 separate times, with the same statement saying it will be refunded. He left me with a zero dollar balance, and refused to give me our food that we just paid for and no receipt. Told me tough luck and that my money would "come back overnight like any NORMAL Citizen". So we left with no food and no ability to get more food before her concert. I've never seen this man in the drive through before so I think he's new. That does not excuse his lack in intellect and poor mannerism. I still have not received my refund for $34. Not only did he steal my money, my children and I left hungry. Not impressed at all. This was at store #21357 on 2/3/26. All three transactions occured in the drive through at 4:40-4:44pm. I need this corrected.
