    Ive always liked Taco Bell until now. Oh the food was the same, and the kids working there were pleasant and helpful, but whoever came up with idea of forcing everybody to order at the kiosk is a knuckle head. I know I'm a dinosaur, but did they ever think that while I'm taking 5 minutes to order a taco because I'm not computer savvy, it's not just me that's getting frustrated, it's the growing line behind me. Embarrass and frustrate me, and make the people behind me angry. I guess the answer is simple, bar anyone that is not computer literate from being a customer. You wint have to bar me, I won't go to Taco Bell again. There's other places out there that believe the human touch still has value. Mark AndersonšŸ¤”

    I am very accustomed to waiting countless minutes for any employee to acknowledge me at this location, yes sometimes 8 minutes standing at the counter, employees look at me but do not help, but watching employees flip someone off out the drive thru window was unacceptable.
