- NFNutmeg FlickMar 2, 20261.0Customer service was lacking. We asked for a recommendation, non was given, ordered a large vanilla iced latte. They forgot to put the vanilla in it. The music was so loud it was uncomfortable. The young lady didn't smile or say thank you.
- EMEmily MarieFeb 26, 20262.0although i know every dutch store is different, this one does not hold a high enough standard. it was incredibly busy and the staff seemed to have almost no urgency when making drinks and taking orders. i had said it was my birthday and wanted to redeem my free drink and the barista seemed to have no care or enthusiasm with her job. she did not say happy birthday or seem warm towards me at all. most stores write happy birthday on the lip or cup and they did not after it took almost 10 minutes to make my drinks with virtually no one else in line behind my car. overall, the staff wasn’t very friendly or quick with their work and truly didn’t spread or display any Dutch Luv towards me or my girlfriend.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
