    Slow to get our sandwich made but personable staff! Staff was great; only 2 at the counter - I feel like they did the best they could and were friendly!

    Braylyn, the female employee working when I stopped at this location, was the rudest person I have encountered in some time. I said hi when I walked in to which she said nothing. She ignored me entirely while she organized cookies for a full 3-4 minutes before rambling over to stare at me, not how can I help you, what you you like or any reasonable approach for someone in customer service. Truly unacceptable behavior and demeanor. For reference every other person I've encountered at this location has been lovely. Braylyn is bringing this whole location down with her bad attitude.

    Waited an hour for an online order because an employee 'accidentally' skipped our online order - or "thought he did" earlier, but he brushed it off. I literally waited in store for an hour, while they helped EVERY PERSON who walked through the door BEFORE they finally made my sandwich. This location has the worst customer service I've ever received in my life from a Subway location. It's disrespectful to waste my valuable time like that and do nothing to make it right, like at the very least prioritizing my order since it was skipped. To be honest, the workers apology wasn't enough. Hire better employees who are actually capable, because your current employees are literally terrible. 👌 *update I swore up and down I would NEVER order from this location again, but today I decided to place an order for delivery from this location, and I'm currently trying to call the store to give them the apartment number we live at because the app gives no option to place an apartment number in the address field. But the store doesn't answer their phone.
