  Messed up my order legit put in an online order and gave me the wrong drinks then had to go back and pointed out that a specific drink was diet then it wasn't and then I didn't even get all my food.

  Ive never usually had a problem as big as the one I had tonight with this taco bell. Couple of things to unpack. First the not as big deal, I didnt get asked when ordering if I wanted any sauce packets. I drove up to the window and asked at the window for Fire and Diablo. I received Fire and MILD. Common mistake for most taco bells Ive noticed, even when they ask what sauces they give you the wrong ones. Makes me question what the point of asking what sauces a customer wants if theyre not going to even put any in there or even give you the correct packets the customer wanted. Tonight I ordered three soft taco SUPREMES with no tomato and a Beefy Five Layer. Roll up to the window, collect my food and park at Freddie's to eat. Low and behold I open up what was supposed to be a soft taco supreme and found they gave me regular soft tacos. I roll back up to the drive thru because its midnight, the doors are locked to the building, explain they didn't give me the correct taco. We exchange only to find out after I started driving they only gave me one out of the three. I went right back to the drive through and I have to explain i ordered three and only received one. When I got to the window I gave the lady working the window my receipt. She then proceeds to tell me that I had to "say soft tacos supreme" when ordering. The receipt said soft tacos supreme and I told her I did say soft tacos supreme (its literally one of two things I order, its muscle memory!). She literally told me "well we all heard soft taco". I didnt push the issue and took the tacos presented for me, with tomatoes which in my initial order I asked for no tomatoes. There was no accountability taken in the mishandling of my order. My first time in the drive through when I was trying to get my order corrected she did not ask to see my receipt she did not ask me how many I ordered and just made me one taco. Super frustrated with my experience with the night crew. I know this tacobell can do better.

  As long as they keep making chili cheese burritos im a fan. Oh I hate the kiosks!

  The food is really good and fresh, and most importantly is after a long day at work it was fast. Whoever was working the drive-thru was super friendly greeted me with a smile which I appreciate. I will definitely be going back.
