First was when ordering a hot coffee and had me waiting a solid 3 min and then when they handed to me it was almost ice cold! The second is ordering another coffee and they had me pull around to the parking spot to wait for it and I ended up waiting for a good 10 min just for a coffee . Next is when I ordered two happy meals and the guy taking my order had absolutely no regard to ask me any details about the meals such as what type of drink, apples or extra fries, what kind of sauce for the nuggets, etc. as I pulled up to the last window and asked for sauce for the meals because they didn’t give me any to begin with a completely separate lady employee told me exact words “ I’m not the one that took your order” with a VERY unpleasant tone and demeanor! I will now avoid ordering through this drive thru from now on sadly
