I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience I recently had at one of your locations. What I witnessed during this visit left me questioning the professionalism, leadership, and basic operational standards of the restaurant. After noticing several issues, I asked a crew member who the manager on duty was, and they identified Aubrey. What I personally observed from that point forward was extremely alarming. From my perspective, I saw Aubrey engage in behavior that appeared blatantly unsanitary. It looked as though she picked up a piece of chicken with her bare hand, took a bite directly from it, and then placed what remained back into the pan being used for customers. Even if there was some kind of explanation behind this, the appearance alone was shocking and made me seriously question the food-handling practices at this location. No customer should ever have to witness something that even resembles contamination of the food being served. Unfortunately, this was not the only troubling issue. Throughout my visit, Aubrey was loudly roughhousing and joking with another crew member. The volume, tone, and content of their conversation came across as highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace—especially one where customers are trying to eat. Instead of demonstrating leadership, it felt like she was actively contributing to an environment of chaos and immaturity. The restaurant atmosphere seemed completely unsupervised, and it reflected poorly on the standards I believe Chipotle aims to uphold. I left the restaurant feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and frankly disturbed that this type of conduct was coming from the manager on duty—someone who is supposed to set the example for the rest of the staff. I have always trusted Chipotle to maintain high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism, but this experience made me question whether those values are being enforced at this location. I strongly urge corporate to investigate this situation thoroughly. Customers should never be put in a position where they feel uncertain about the safety of their food or the competence of the staff preparing it. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, because the behavior I witnessed was far outside the realm of acceptable conduct in any professional restaurant environment.

Tonight was insane. Brunette guy working counter is rude and was rude last time I was there. Made us wait 30 min when you said 5 min and also argued with customer over a food that was made wrong. You talked to him like he was dirt and that’s just unreal to have to listen to that. hope you not the manager cuz corruption needs to hear about you and how you treat ppl. He also ignored my request to give me lettuce and keep arguing with other ppl. Please give your self a favor and let this man go.

Ordered two burritos via the app. One burrito showed up, which was not what I ordered at all. The charge was over $30 and nothing was done after talking to the delivery driver, the store itself, and chipotle via the app.

We ordered delivery and our burritos (3 of them) we absolutely tiny. They put half portions of everything except the meat. This is not the first time this has happened but it was the worst. Try making the food like we are standing in front of you like in the restaurant. I am confused on the standard, I never ask for extra anything except for salsa. Not ordering delivery from them again.
