Went in to get my family lunch and there were two trainees left by themselves in the store. They didn't know how to speak to customers and left both my sandwiches half open at the end

I would rather do a zero but that will option was not available. We went into order a sandwich only two people on shift one at lunch one at the counter working on a big call in order. I have worked in food service for over 40 years. I can't believe there isn't at least 3 people so when one is on lunch someone is there to cover. I didn't want to wait 15 min for my food so I left and went somewhere else.not worth waiting that long for.

NEVER going back until they change management or management changes! In a climate where prices are soaring, subway is no exception, what is notable is that despite the price hike this Subway manager wants to not give you anything close to your money’s worth. My wife and I were eager to go back after their long awaited reopening, Only to look at each other is disbelief when we received 1/3 the sandwich toppings that one would expect from the chain restaurant. And, we brought it to the attention of the associate very kindly. Asking for extra of something may give you 3 extra olives across a 12” sandwich. They are so cheap that they are actively taking coupons away from the community! We brought it to the attention of another local subway after not wanting to ever return to the one in Myrtle Creek, in which we live, and come to find out that it’s just the new way they operate and we’re not the only customers taking extreme notice of the problem. In a working class and elderly community a crook running a business won’t be in business for long, as customers realize they are getting shorted for nothing more than trying to patronize a new business. I’m sorry for the employees and patrons who walk through these doors.

The people can't speak English she doesn't understand what you are telling her there's not meat on a club and very little vegetables you ask for onions and you get a few crumbs
