Stop marking DoorDash orders as ready for pickup, when they are, in fact, not ready for pickup.

Taco, bell just go to the border and order all the old school tacos. Straight tacos and don't forget your baja blast
We went through the drive-thru and brought the food home (they’re only about a mile away), and it was honestly awful.
The potatoes in both the burritos and fiesta potatoes were cold and hard, and the fiesta potatoes were only half full. My Chalupa Supreme was cold, stale, missing sour cream, and had very little meat— And the tomatoes were bad (they had that sour taste). The Crunchwrap Supreme also barely had any filling at all.
Overall: extremely disappointing. We usually give places another chance, but this was bad enough that we won’t be back. We’ll be sticking with Habaneros instead.

This place is the worst Taco Bell I've been to in Oregon. The people do their jobs but not really happy or smiling to see you, the atmosphere is blah. I worked at Taco Bell before and you have to have your stuff weighing a certain amount and they serve stuff that's half the size from the last time of the same thing I got. The portions are generally on the very low side for most of the food items and the tortillas are the worst.
As fast food goes, it is probably a cut above the others. the employees are friendly, kind and generally accurate with orders. they take unbelievable amounts of flak from rude customers, and yet they still seemingly find it easy to smile and be professional & courteous.
They have also commented favorably on Sylvie, who usually sits on my dash as I use the drive through. That earns a lot of points with me. :)
Sylvie is a fan of the steak burrito and soft tacos. I like the mini taco salads and chalupas.
Whoever owns our local TB franchise hired good people. I hope they are well compensated.
