I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time but I ordered cupcakes online last time and then they told me they don’t sell them and still haven’t got my refund for that. This location isn’t doing well at all

- DKDanielle KraemerFeb 3, 20261.0In my 9 years of working in the fast food industry I have never encountered such an unfriendly, inattentive, slow working group of people. When I look at the drive thru screen and the front desk order screen and see that there are only 1, maybe even 2 orders, I do not see why 2 blizzards take more than 15 minutes to make, clearly no one pays attention to anything but their phones and gossip with their coworkers. On top of that, the service of this group of people is terribly rude. In the 6-8 people I have seen working there (as I frequently work delivery) TWO employees had the decency to at least say “Thank you for your patience, I’m sorry about the wait” Mind you, there is an extremely long wait almost every time I pick up an order. I have never wanted to be this type of person as I have not written many reviews in my life. But this establishment is horribly run. And the management clearly does not care about how it’s run, nor does the owner of this location.
