    I ordered the food via the kiosk, they said to pay when it is ready as i was paying cash. I waited and waited the food never showed up. I asked about it. They knew nothing. So I left to McDonald's across the parking lot.

    While the wait was a little long, the employees graciously brought out my friend and I’s food as quickly as they could and were quick to rectify any issues we had. Food was hot and delicious. Five stars.

    Every single time they forget something. I'm normally too exhausted from work to give them a call to get literally every single order fixed. I don't know why I keep going here but today is my last time.

    Just about every time we come through, there are missing items or missing ingredients. The last couple times we’ve added ingredients or had some sort of modification and the requests are disregarded and we don’t notice until we get home.. I’ve asked for a Doritos cool ranch taco when they were still on the menu, been charged for said taco only to get home and find out they actually didn’t have them and that they weren’t getting them back (okay so say that instead of just throwing a nacho taco in there???!). A time after that we ordered a customs beefy five layer, adding 3 ingredients, removing one (so a total of 7 different ingredients) only to receive 4 and the nacho cheese sauce not being in the burrito at all. THIS time we ordered a meal that included a taco, upgraded said taco to a supreme only to not receive the taco and the “supreme” dip spilling out the side of the container creating a mess in the bag. the excuse for the mess? “things expand when they cool down” 🙄 i get that sometimes you can be in a rush and push a messy product, but giving a bs excuse that doesn’t make ANY logical sense instead of just owning up to it and apologizing is crazy work. I worked at this location in HS and this level of service would have never been accepted, forever wishing there was a decent taco bell that wasn’t all the way in OC. Editing to add about this time- Ordered a STEAK burrito supreme, only to bite into and discover its ground beef. be absolutely so for real right now. Do better ffs
