- GSGeno SageApr 2, 20261.0The new pharmacist josh coyle is completely incompetent and makes the up rules as he goes along. He openly breaks the law by double charging for prescriptions that they partially fill. He had my new prescription for two weeks before the fill date and still didn't have my meds in stock then stated he could do a partial fill but will charge me the copay twice. He has lied to my face about my prescriptions by saying I have to wait 30 days even though my doctor instructs 28 days. I have complained multiple time about him and yet they do nothing about him. Breaking the should get him fired but not at molalla safeway.

The book keeper Tanzy entered in the wrong amount and we politely told her oh no it’s this amount and she said ya that will be such and such amount and we politely told her again we need this amount she then scoffed and slammed her keys while entering in the new amount. And continued to have a very snobby attitude while we finished our transaction. Worst customer service I have experienced at this store and very disappointing.

Also their meat department is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking. They have e the only pharmacy I know of in town.
